Solution Description

iMPROVE iT! enables monitoring and setting of production process parameters, including real-time exchange of information between production and enterprise information systems. The goal of iMPROVE iT! is to provide users with quality and timely documentation to shorten their decision-making time, to improve quality, to move to paperless production and to provide credible support in the process of continuous improvement. The system is based on state-of-the-art technologies in accordance with Industry 4.0, Big Data and Cyber Security (International Standard ISA / IEC 62443) principles. iMPROVE iT! It is designed as a modular, extensible system, flexible to the user's requirements, yet with all the benefits of "boxed" software.

Solution Description

Gatema MES is a production information system focused on data collection, monitoring and evaluation in production. It is closely connected with the HELIOS information system. Technical preparation and production planning take usually place directly in the HELIOS information system. Gatema MES provides real-time monitoring and control of production, including data collection from machines. Data is stored for a long time to preserve history.
Gatema MES supports the display of production documentation directly at the workplace. It is therefore also a tool for the introduction of paperless production. In combination with the warehouse management, the system supports batch monitoring using the FIFO method, including ensuring traceability. Data can be evaluated both from the environment of the Gatema MES system and from the HELIOS information system.
